Nashville SC returned to Nissan Stadium for the first time since the franchise’s first-ever MLS match on Feb. 29. The boys in gold earned their first home win as an MLS squad, taking down fellow expansion squad Inter Miami 1-0. Anibal Godoy scored the lone goal in the 53rd minute. NSC will face Orlando City on Wednesday. Also, if you were experiencing blackout problems previously with NSC games (as I was), that problem should be fixed now.
A lot of eyes were focused on Austin Peay on Saturday night as the Govs were playing in the very first college football game of the season. They were the only game on this week. After a stellar first play, things did not go as planned. The only opponents left APSU’s 2020 football schedule are Pittsburgh and Cincinnati.
